Access really needs to be with a 4x4, long road in and it's treacherous. Fantastic service that they offer to the animals ♥️

Dropped off a bird a few days ago - caring staff but an extremely difficult place to reach. the road is very dangerous, narrow and full of potholes. i dread to think what would happen if you came face to face with another vehicle on a narrow part - i encountered a delivery van on a “wider” part and had a tricky enough time getting out of that pickle. Road has deteriorated massively compared the images shown on google maps. Service is great but please consider the route up if you’re a nervous driver or are precious about your car👍

My daughter and I found a bat on ground. We called around a few vets and the bat conservation charity and they all recommended to drop him off here. I left a voicemail asking if I could drop him off and they gave me a call back within 10 mins saying that I could. They did warn me about the road but I parked just off Linkside Drive and it took around 15 mins to walk there, as I didn’t fancy the potholes. Absolutely lovely staff there, they said I could ring back in a few days to see how he’s getting on. Any future wildlife I come across I will definitely bring here and will definitely donate to them in the future.

A mammy hedgehog and her baby was living in my trees on a busy road so called around and only this pet hospital would take them. The only downfall is where they are based, had to drive there with them in my boot which took over half an hour and even though they warned me about a road I followed my sat nav and ended up on a road which was barely driveable due to the pot holes. Was so worried about my car as its not a 4x4 but it was a good deed and at lease the hedgehogs are safe
