Excellent service. Clean and tidy reception. Receptionists were helpful and polite. Fussed my pet and didn't mind the hairs! Vet was happy to chat and pet quickly sorted. Very professional service all round. Thank you St. James.

This was my first visit to St James vets at Penllergaer , from first contact via telephone I was impressed with the professionalism and politeness of the staff. I received an appointment immediately without any drama, upon arrival at the practice I was met by a clean spacious waiting area well set out to help any stressed animals. The receptionist were very polite and informative. I was called to see the vet at exactly my appointed time, the vet was also very polite and professional reassuring my puppy during examination and when he had his injections during which he did not winge at all. Fantastic experience. Get along with the vets here really well and Fleur and Tom were so helpful with my Vietnamese mossy frogs. Expensive but worth it. Thanks!
