I'm so pleased to have registered Beauty with Jack's Vet since 2024 when they first opened . Maryam and her team are absolutely lovely, so kind and caring . When Beauty was quite poorly they were wonderful and supportive . I wouldn't go to any other vets. I've recommended several people with their pressious pets, and they are all extremely pleased with the team . I can highly recommend them all 🐾🐾

Wonderful and friendly staff members that are professional and caring. My poor 18 year old cat was very ill. I was an emotional mess and my parting with my beautiful cat was dealt with a brilliant manner that put me at ease. My cat Shadow had a very peaceful passing whilst being held in my arms.

The vets here genuinely care about you and your pets. I cannot recommend this practice enough. They offer a caring and individual approach, and unlike anywhere I’ve been before, I actually felt heard and comfortable throughout the process of having my pet’s dental surgery. It’s a pleasure to interact with the reception as well, they’re happy to help and genuinely kind. This has been missing in Swansea’s veterinary spaces for a long time, I’m glad to know there’s still good people behind businesses. Thank you x

While on holiday nearby our cocker spaniel was poorly so we rang Jack’s Vets after reading their fantastic reviews. We were seen promptly on the same day. All the staff we met were so friendly and welcoming. Lucy was lovely and gave us some treats for when our dog was feeling better. The vet we saw Dr Khalelia was caring, thoughtful and put our dog Stanley at ease as he is quite a nervous dog and explained everything in great detail for us to understand and was very helpful. The whole team is incredibly caring and genuine; you can really tell they love what they do. The facilities are super modern with all the latest equipment, and everything feels so professional yet welcoming. Maryam, the vet, was absolutely brilliant — she explained everything clearly when my Lab was diagnosed with cancer and put together a thorough treatment plan. He’s doing amazingly now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. What really stood out to me was how open and transparent they are about costs. There’s no pressure, no upselling — just honest advice and ethical care, which is so rare these days. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smile and such a positive atmosphere. You’re all doing a fantastic job — the clinical team and the front-of-house staff alike. Thank you for bringing compassion, honesty, and modern care together so beautifully. 💙

We recently had to put our dog to sleep after a little period of her being unwell. I can honestly say I have never experienced such great care and compassion from a vet as I did with Jack's Vets. They treated Rosie with such respect and kindness. Everyone from the receptionists to the vets themselves are fantastic and I can't praise them enough. Just to add to how great they are they also sent us a condolence card with Rosie's paw prints inside. Which I have now had tattooed on my leg so she will always be walking with me. ❤️🐾

I honestly can’t thank Jack’s Vets enough! We took my two kittens, Jack and Ted and from the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and the vets itself is very modern and clean. The vets and nurses took their time, answered all of our questions and are always happy to clear up any concerns or anxieties that we might have. Both cats came home relaxed and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air compared to other practices I’ve been to. Absolute 10/10! - Jack and Teddy

I can’t recommend Jack’s Vets enough. Took Beau here for the first time this morning after being unwell and staff were nothing short of exceptional. Welcoming and friendly staff on reception, as well as caring and gentle vets. Sara answered any questions I had regarding Beau and was thorough in everything she did to care for him. Super transparent when it comes to pricing and procedures which makes a change! Beau was much more relaxed and comfortable compared to visits to our previous vets. 10/10
