They cared for my first K9 Max, and now i am back living in the area, they have charge of Dakota Blue. I am really happy with this practice and their pet plan. All staff are absolutely amazing.

Absolutely fantastic vet clinic. Not in it for profit, genuinely care for the animals. The receptionist S is brilliant with any and all queries, puts the dogs at ease and makes a fuss over each and every one. The vet took his time with my anxious dog, put him at ease and then started to check him over. The vet was thorough with the examination and let me know how they treat the issue. He went over the medication they use and the options available. He informed me of the positives and negatives of each including side effects. Overall a fantastic vet that I would happily recommend to anyone with a pet.

Good but could be better for the pets, need to improve the availability for appointments and attention time

The vet was uncertain about whether Popsi could continue much longer because she seemed to be in pain and her diagnosis was not sure; we postponed it a bit... bur very soon she crossed the Rainbow Bridge so peacefully and gently that she looked as if she was going to sleep, rather than 'being put to sleep. She was about 14 and had come to me as a frightened and shabby stray; we gave her two and a half more years than she would have had.

Always making my dogs and I feel comfortable. It’s a great environment and they’re ever so helpful. They really go the extra mile!

Lady behind the desk, Sharon I believe, is absolutely lovely. Always goes above and beyond for me and my cat, she is an asset to the company. Every single time I’ve had to make an appointment she has gone well above and beyond what she could do and got my cat seen as soon as physically possible, I sincerely appreciate her. And the vet that I’ve seen the last two times has been amazing, young gentleman, very informative and helpful. He’s very friendly and listens intently to any concerns or questions I have about my cat and answers them to the best of his knowledge, you can tell he really cares for animals. Affordable pet plan, convenient location and easy to contact. You can also use their online system to book appointments which is super convenient. Vets are only there on certain days as it’s a small practice but the days are well suited for me and saves me a trip to Merthyr Tydfil. Very happy I found this place, have recommended it many a time and will continue to do so.

A great practice. Professional, friendly and caring. Giving great advice (puppy plan, training advice) and support for the owner as well as fantastic care to the patient. Our puppy was oblivious to her microchipping and vaccine recently, by the power of distraction by the vet, plying her with complimentary puppy treats. A lovely team that takes care of my other dog and cat as and when required also. Highly recommended.
