I put my presa canario pup down on January 3rd and the vet was scared of big dog and put 2 the amount of tranqulizer for her to be safe. My pup had a muzzle on him and me at his head. I will never ever trust this vets especially when they have Kaitlyn Waidley there. If your scared of big dogs don't take them as a client or ask someone else to see them, don't knock the dog out so much that it couldn't know who was there for their last breath. This place is not a nice place anymore. Started to believe that all vets are in it for the money not to help animals. Today, I had to do what most owners hate and put my dog down. My English springer Spaniel was 13 years and 3 months and was struggling so badly that he could only walk for 5 minutes and he'd fall over. So on the 3rd of January 2023 I had called and asked if I could bring him in, I had a 9 am slot. I was taken to the room by a lovely lady and I was there calming my boy down as he was trying to get up to comfort me( I had put off this for a long time). The vet came in and question me and was giving my dog a medical check over, I felt that he thought that I had just made a decision there and then to get rid of a pet. I felt that I wasn't being a good owner and I had failed my dog. Yes I had a go at the vet and yes I know it's their job, but if they think it's easy to do what is needed after I had a my boy for 13 y and 1 month through thick and thin and him being my light on my darkest days then they are wrong. The vet should look it up on their computer before and then think that it is the HARDEST thing anyone has had to decide to do.

I had an emergency appointment which the receptionist was able to fit me in to see the vet within the hour. The vet Rami is absolutely amazing,so friendly and easy to talk to, put my nerves at ease as with rising costs made me worry about finances but the vets offer a healthy pet club which has some amazing discounts and my pets are really well looked after here. I honestly can't recommend this veterinary surgery enough.

Kaitlyn and Jazmin are two of the most professional and caring women I've come across, We had to bring our little boy in unexpectedly, I've never felt such heartbreak but they made us feel at ease, he was in safe hands, we were acknowledged and that means ever so much. It was my first and last visit with Campbells but I couldn't recommend them enough 🐈‍⬛

I have been registered with Campbells for almost five years. I have had a series of rude interactions but finally tipped over the edge. We attended our appointment for the given time at 9am and there wasn’t even a vet in the practice. They had asked to rearrange on arrival. I understand that this causes stress for the practice nurse but her delivery and attitude was disgusting. I had simply asked why I hadn’t been informed and she had provided a series of excuses in simply the rudest manner I have ever experienced. I explained that one of my cats is a rescue and she could hear her in distress but such little empathy shown at a veterinary practice. I have been loyal to Campbells and always polite in my interactions despite their rude staff. However, this time, I had enough. This practice is unreliable with timings, they have rude staff and I have had enough of paying extortionate prices for a terrible experience.

The place is dirty one of the receptionists has no manners at all . All 3 of my animals are now being transferred to another practice .

The service here can be hit and miss, it really depends on which receptionist or vet you see. Some visits have been positive, but others less so. Unfortunately, it seems to be the same receptionist who consistently struggles with manners and professionalism, which is disappointing. It’s a shame, because when you get the right team member, the experience can be completely different.
